Well, what i mean by 2storey building; 2 flat up and 2 flat down; 3bedroom each. plus the groupd floor.yes it will cost me 5million naira including the land cost too. 1.2million naira for the land and 3.8million naira for cost of building. is not in Lagos, its in small new town called Okigwe. its developing very well now.. cheers! i will tag the pictures soon
