He was very humble and a good team player.

Late Rashidi Yekini lived a simple lifestyle that was devoid of flamboyance.

Nigeria should not forget Rashidi Yekini.

I think the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF ) should immortalise him for his contribution towards football and sports in general in Nigeria.

Federal and State government should also immortalise the late Samuel Okwaraji who slumped while playing for Nigeria.

This will help in passing the message to the immediate families of the late players and Nigerians alike that these sportsmen did not die in vain while serving the fatherland.

He should be immotalised truly, his grave side as at 2016 in ira if not mistaken cant be related to the good he did regarding football when he was alive.

I really cant explain but maybe you try it with another preparation method. I soaked mine without cooking with pap water for 24hrs. Infact since july, i just drink and freeze when need be and its still as effective as it was when fresh in july
Please avoid taking too much of it.

I have read alot about bara and how it deals with people by purging. I've drank 3 full cups of bara and I'm still waiting to purge. Why is mine different? I cut it pieces and cooked it with both the back and seeds and pap water, uptil now I'm not purging.

If i may ask, is it bitter? Cos i read that the bitter one is far more effective

It was mid year thanksgiving in church today. I'm grateful for life and all the little blessings. Most of all, I'm thankful to God I finally got a BFP!
Yes, God did it!!!

I was diagnosed with High prolactin earlier this year. Before then I had done my own independent hormonal assay twice that gave conflicting results(please while TTC, use good hospital/labs. Preferably, see a good gynaecologist). The doctor placed me on parlodel to help reduce my prolactin levels. On my own, I started taking vit E 1000iu and vitamin B6 100mg per day. I took them throughout my cycle the first month as I was more interested in reducing the hormone. I also did ewedu therapy in addition to these.
At the end of the first month I tested again and the level had reduced drastically. The doctor just reduced the dosage of the parlodel to maintain the level( I took this reduced dosage till I was confirmed pregnant). I also continued vit E CD 1 till ovulation and vit B6 from after ovulation to about CD 25 as I read here.

One month after reducing the hormones, I did not get pregnant. I didn't know if I was ovulating. The doctor was meant to place me on clomid but he was stalling as he didn't believe the hormones would reduce under one month. He wanted me to test again.
The next cycle, I decided to try okra water to help stimulate ovulation. I soaked okra in water overnight and drank the water the next morning. I did this from CD 3 till cd8. I also got okra leaves with which I prepared okra soup and I was eating this everyday till CD 14. I still continued my folic acid and vitamins. I tracked my follicles that cycle and found out I ovulated. Another thing I did was to have sex every other day immediately after my period.

Above all, we prayed. On children's day, I bought "children's day gift" for my child. I told DH to do same and we prayed over the items.

Truly, it was God that showed up for us. He orchestrated everything in His own time. I pray that He shows up for everyone of us and bless us as our hearts desire. Amen

My dear, I stooled and vomited every single food in my system even garri water couldnt stop it o from Saturday afternoon till Sunday morning couldnt talk properly. My experience was whao but couldnt continue I keep looking at the remaining juice with a smile so that when i gather confidence to take it will be nice on me. Wasn't asking you to go for IVF, but only making reference to the section as someone took it for blocked tube and it clear it up..wish you success as you take it tomorrow after that BFP for you....

Some mamas in the ivf/iui used it and accordingly to them" their tubes are now patent". I just took the bara and pap water on Saturday, chai....

I have soaked mine too, hoping to start tomorrow.
Please tell me your experience and possibly what you took it for.
That IVF is a no no for me right now, the finance isnt near been available at all.
