I missed the “…. end of the program part” mentioned in PAL. If that’s the case, your PAL is valid and you can use the same PAL
Concerning your question, some schools issue deferred LoA with the PAL if you have paid the initial deposit, while others issue PAL after LoA. But it is safer to request it.
.
This is it , do u think it can still be used after September 30.

You will need a new PAL
But what if I submit my reapplication before the end of September? Will my existing PAL still be valid for use?

Ok boss, but Should I expect a new PAL to be included with my updated acceptance letter, or will I need to submit a separate request for it??

Good evening everyone, I'm seeking clarification on my PAL .
I recently had my study permit application rejected, so I've decided to defer my admission until January to reapply. My current PAL is valid from September or until the end of my studies.
My question is: Will I receive a new PAL with my updated admission letter for January, or will my existing PAL remain valid?

Your sponsor has enough funds, but is he a close relative? If the answer is no, why would a third party sell his property to sponsor you? If you are going for a two or more years program, how does the sponsor take care of the subsequent years? These are some of the questions you should review, but the GCMS note states the exact reason. The average processing time for gcms notes is 30 days.
My father is my sponsor, my agent didn't explain the lump sum of 50 million in my LOE, how can i address this issue now,can I apply with the same pof, I want to reapply before 30 September ,I applied for business administration at d university of regina.

We don’t know the details about your application but since the VO refused your application for insufficient, there may be unexplainable lump sums, or the VO was not convinced about the relationship and sponsorship, if you used a sponsor. A VO can refuse an application for insufficient funds, even if the balance is enough to cover the cost of education if;
1. there is a large deposit with no reasonable explanation, and the account's history is inconsistent with such a deposit.
2. The account was opened recently
3. A corporate account with poor cash flow. Also, failure to show the sponsor is the sole owner of the business and has access to the account.
4. Unconvincing sources of the income
This list is not exhaustive. Review the bank statement for the aforementioned and see how you can address them.
Hello sir, they were two large deposits in my sponsor's account, I explained them with land documents my sponsor sold to get the money, my sponsor has 50,881,739 in the account, is that not enough? How do I address this issue?? , please what do I do? Please how do I get gcms note and how long will it take to get it

request for GCMS note first that gives you a better understanding of why you were rejected...... although I won't be surprised if its the same rubbish they have been telling everyone of recent.
How do I request for gcms note and how long will it take

If you want to do extra photocopy inside the building, you 'd pay with your card not cash
If you take a bag there, to safe keep it, you 'd pay with your card and you must safekeep it because they don't allow bag in the building

Your parents are not required to pay a 1yr tuition fee and living expenses *(20,635 Cad) at a go; they only need to show it and can use the funds for siblings’ living expenses. So, the number of your siblings should not affect your application.
Thank u so much 🙏🙏
