It's not testicular cancer since the lump is painful. Could be an inflammation or fluid build up due to an injury in Ur balls. All the same it's dangerous to sit behind Ur phone instead of consulting with a real doctor

2 days ago while fapping, i noticed a lump in my ball sack, i thought it was a 3rd ball growing. Then i saw an area on the outside of my sack, reddish with a dull ache.. But if i put pressure its painfull. The lump in particular is not that painful and fixed to the reddish area on the outside(unlike the balls that can move freely).

At first i thought it was a result of insect bite(maybe ant) then i applied lotion, but it did not go down.... Now the lump is almost the size of a ball.... Please how do i go about it?
