From Mile 2, take a bus to badagry, alight at oke-afo. Take a bike from there, tell them u are going to Peter Kings' school.

In Nigeria, most youngsters work from 8-6, not 9-5 as in other country and that could not give a room for most of us to do other job after getting home around 7.30 in the Lagos traffic. But u can invest you money on someone who can be helping you do do some kind of liitle business like, operating a business centre, a restaurant, football viewing centre, PS2 game and many more that u can do. After u get back home, u can just go there and see how far things are going there.
If you want to live long, dong engage in too many activities yourself, ask someone to do it for you.

‘A’ agreed to hire a hall in ‘B’s building on 7th August, 1992 for the purpose of organising a party in celebration of the expected appointment of ‘A’s cousin as a minister in charge of works. On Monday at 8 am Tunji telephone Adeola offering to pay $80,000, Adeola replied that he will only accept $95,000 wherein Tunji accepted to pay $95,000 “subject to inspection of the car”. Inspection was fixed for 4pm that same Monday. At 10:45am, Gboye call on adeola and offer $95,000 which Adeola accepted. Gboye paid and drove the car away. When Tunji called and discover that the car has been sold, he became angry and threatened to sue for breach of contract.

Funmilayo offer to sell her HONDA ACCORD for $100,000. Femi saw the offer and asked Funmilayo whether she will be willing to accept $90,000 which she blackly refused. Femi later turned up with the original $100,000 but Funmilayo claimed she is no longer interested in selling the car.

Fryo in a bid to open a flashy supermarket in the city rented a warehouse at no. 2, Agboola Street, ogba belonging to Alhaji Kudi which he (Fryo) intended to partition and use as supermarket & office for 2 years at the rate of $500,000 annually. Two months into the commencement of his tenancy, the root of the warehouse was blown off by wild wind and rain demolished the wall. Fryo is not happy with this development and intend to sue Alhaji Kudi.
