its the digitizer that got cracked, it doesnt affect the screen, but you can get it for for 60usd on ebay, but since it doesnt affect my work i no bother

well, the day ends with dissapointment. 14 days and still counting... Received a message today that the order has been shipped even though you claimed that it had been shipped earlier. And why is the order showing 'complete' and not 'Shipped' on your website (it was still 'processing' as at yesterday).

Interpretation, make I no order the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro again be that ooo. I must confess, while kulimart is trying, until he upps his service to Pay on delivery, some of us can't patronize because we can't afford to be offline for long

The said person pre-ordered the phone. We do not have it in stock when the order was placed and He's aware it's pre-order which takes a little time. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was a little delay from China which made us not to meet up with 10 days time frame.

He was told it will be shipped today and it has been shipped.

This can be avoided. When will you start pay on delivery like Jumia and Konga ?

2 weeks and he hasn't delivered. Thank God I haven't transacted with him. That's why I will always choose pay on delivery.If there ain't pay on delivery, I am not buying
