Every contract is required to have 3 elements; an offer, an acceptance and a consideration. The presence of these makes it binding and enforceable!
In this case, there was an offer, there was an acceptance (whether grudgingly or not) and a consideration (which here was the full payment of the agreed sum), so automatically the contract became binding whether written or not and is enforceable. In real terms, if gazzuzz was to pursue the legal route, he would be suing for repossession and wrongful sale of his property-YES, HIS PROPERTY!!!

I quoted you because of the bolded. He does not really need the receipt provided he can establish his offer was accepted and evidence that he made payment (which doesn't even need to be in full to be considered as a consideration. That it was in full, even makes it easier.)

People get away with a lot of things here and need to begin to understand the implications of their actions. My 2 cents

Some many people have items with me as we speak and I never sold their items after deposit, in the case the deal break from my end at my fault , I usually do a full refund with 3k or 2k extra,
Ask anybody, I offered you a refund but you rejected it! Some of these items are limited in number, I can not perform miracle.

I warned you about denying my image, you should have just accept the refund with 3k extra as usual.

My own be say I saw an item I liked, so I decided to buy it since I will be going around that area for a job for 2 days, so I hit up the seller and bargained, we agreed on a price and to meet Sunday, fortunately, I was also passing by on Saturday afternoon, I sent a message Friday night on the possibility of picking up on Saturday instead of Sunday, delivered but but no response, so I called and seller said we should leave it till Sunday, the Sunday which was my last day in that area, I sent a message in the morning, delivered but no response, I wasn't bothered since we already agreed on Sunday and a time. When that time came, I was around the area waiting, called and called, rang but no response, sent whatsapp messages, delivered, seller online but no response still. The thing come taya me sef, if you change your mind about selling, no biggie, but please don't arrange a meeting with a buyer and ghost the person, makes zero sense.

The claim that someone paid for it is nothing but a lie. Abi why today that he got called out? Or you mean someone from here who's already reading the state of the defective item decided to pump out 120k without inspecting the item? The lack of inspection that's already causing issues? Some of you lots are half-smart.
The rogue waited till he got called out before he could carry out the refund but decided to involve an imaginary new buyer so as to appear like he didn't have the money for refund all along. He had the money, like every scammer and calculative thief, he decided to not repay the guy. Hoping for a miracle to eat up the money.
There we were, some improperly fed dimwits were already calling me names.
If the almost scammed buyer decided to pay for the delivery cost, na God go punish am heavily. Insha Allah.
