Nairaland GeneralKeeping Fit In Nigeria Is Becoming Really, Really Hard by tomisinnn(op): 12:59pm On Dec 19, 2014
Living in Nigeria and trying to eat healthy can be really stressful. In an average week, the average Nigerian eats rice not less than 4 times! This in my opinion is really frustrating, and i'm at a point whereby i think if i take one more spoon of rice, i'll throw up. And all these Nigerian foods give tummy sad Anyone here with ideas on how to eat healthy in Nigeria? Diets and all? Please i'm very interested.
Thanks smiley

So, i'm usually a person who doesn't pay attention to all these networks when they are giving awoof undecided, but then i've got to admit that this glo overload package is working oh...Yesterday i loaded airtime and it was doubled immediately by 200 percent! Hmmn...i think i'll try subscribing to one of their data plans since that one too involves free 2GB of data for every N2000 worth of data purchased. Glo seems to be going hard this season oh grin
