Hello everyone, please which version of the birth certificate was accepted by the NVC for your individual cases.
We've had an attestation of birth and birth certificate both issued by NPC rejected as invalid document by NVC.

Below is the birth certificate

They might not accept attestation of birth from you if you are born after 1992. You might need to submit an original birth certificate issued by NPC.

I stand to be corrected by experts here though.

I was thinking this would only affect the non-immigrant visa category. If possible can you explain how this will benefit people waiting for invitations?

I think your document submitted isn't clear,so unreadable and might not be acceptable. So you may be required to submit CLEAR and READABLE document(s) to NVC.
