(1) Download any file manager application, install on phone. Preferably ES file explorer from play store Or here is a link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/90om7rvd5kijwwr/com.estrongs.android.pop-202-v3.1.2.apk
(2) Download mobile uncle tools from play store, install on phone. Or here is a link:

(3) Download R7 recovery image, here is the link:

Then, after downloading the recovery image, rename it as recovery.img
Now, launch es file explorer and place the recovery.img file in the root of your sd (do not put in any folder, just let it stand alone)
(4) launch mobile uncle tools, should demand root assess, grant it. Now, click on recovery update on mobile uncle tool, phone would come up with a suggestion to update recovery and booth into recovery, allow it.......
(5) Finally, phone should booth into clockworkmod recovery mode......just scroll up and down by the use of your volume keys and use power bottom to click on backup and restore, then click on backup option, phone should automatically backup up the necessary files...
(6) Wait a while for the backup to complete, after complete backup, phone should notify u that backup complete. Than just click on reboot system!!!!!!!!!
U NOW OWN A BACKUP, GO AHEAD, TOY WITH AN FILE, U ARE GOOD TO GO........THE VERY MOMENT U ARE BRICKED OR PHONE MISBEHAVING JUST BOOTH INTO RECOVERY AND RESTORE YOUR BACKUP!!!!!! ANDROID IS FUN MY DEAR BROTHERS.
