unclenna: what kill most fx traders is stoploss. Most times ur loss trades would have been win if only you did not use stop loss.

That is strictly contingent on knowing where to enter positions. When you place a buy at a strong bottom, you may not have to put an initial sl until it begins to move in ur direction then you can begin to either trail or manually adjust sl to lock in profit. If entries are made with less technical input sl is d only account saver. Reason why i wait to enter at tops and bottoms and hold the positions even if it takes ages to move. That way, I get few losses.

gu can be quite an erratic pair right? Just had to go kiss the 1.6030 monhtly resistance which tallies with sma 14 on the monthly. If that resistance is anything to go by following historical playout, we should see between 200-250 pips drop. To give credence to the bearish outlook, daily, 4hr are at the peak with a bearish divergence. Give this a bird's eye view.

Just sold gu, eu and bought uchf. Fingers crossed

I guess my eu and uchf might have come in too early but I'm confident on gu.

You really got me cracked up with laughter. It really was a day for scalpers. Trenders don't quite get to see pips everyday but the days pip come in aplenty trenders get to swim. Wether trending or scalping, bottom line is money making.

naijababe: All I see on my chart is a breakout of 1.5955 and like momentum trades at times, it may not return to prior support. I wont be surprised to see 161xx today

all I see is a bearish divergence both on the stoch and on the macd on 4hr.

To the GU sellers, una get liver pass me. I no be adremaline junkie. Check your daily charts and you'll see that you can almost draw a secondary support at 1.595x area. I am looking to long around that area on the 15 mins chart

gu wont just retrace, it will crash.

To everyone screaming for the sell of eu and gu I salute your foresight. eu might still rally a bit before crashing but this 1.6020 is the ultimate resistance on the gu from 4hr to daily, weekly and monthly. Today is month end and we screeched to the very resistance. Expect a huge crash. Good trade day everyone.

Good trades on eu,gu and uchf. profits taken and waiting for retracements as 15tf is forming hammer above the trendline for eu and gu and shooting star below on uchf.
