Can't believe am seeing this post again after several years.

I think I made my first million between the age of 29-31 after several ventures into different businesses, the real estate gave me my first break through..i was a single man then.now I have two kids and a wife.

Presently I don't have up to 1m in my savings but more than 3m leave my account weekly.
I am into trucking ,I move granite within the south south region.
I have assets to my name that help me run my home and secure my future .such that no matter how worse the country becomes I have things I can let go and conveniently relocate my family.

Business in Nigeria has its up and down .we learn new things everyday in the business world, from government multiple tax to agberos demand and draconian business competitors.
keep your heads up ,move with people that are ahead of you,ask the correct questions ,don't be ashamed of your failures and always seek the approval of your creator in every business decision you about to take .
Shalom

Thanks for the good work you do.i patronized you around January to help me get my CAC status report.
You attended to me swiftly.i was able to access the facility I was targeting from my bank.

PurestBoy:
There was this lady Mukina2, the sport moderator then, there was Babyosisi, Davidylan too. Yuzedo, Billionaire etc. Nairaland was purely entertaining and educating then. That was before tribal bigots and untrained children took over.

GenZ took over nairaland and Seun couldn't upgrade with the modern day realities.if he gave stipends to members that attracted traffic with their post ,we would have gone far.

I remember Eko Ile ,the guy will tell you stories about Lagos in the 80s.
Mukina and jarus were also very active.it was purely educative and interractive discussions.no much insults.we also had creative writers in the romance section.bloggers even came to nairaland to steal write-ups of our romance writers without acknowledging the original writers.

Whenever you had a job interview ,the first thing was to rush to nairaland to know if the company is legit,if the salary was good before attending the interview.nairaland had this loving side of the Nigerian folks.

I got my first real estate deal on this platform about 10years ago

I also got my first haulage deal on this platform.infact the haulage business made me resign from media job over a decade now.

I wish Seun can create a way to bring back good old days.

She just made her school popular in a wrong way.

Say No to indecent dressing.

2027 is don and dusted, most of my pals who were strong members of the obidient movement have relocated.
The few pro end sars guys still around are minding their business.

Nigerians abroad are counting on us still in Nigeria to make a change.

We keep trying until it gets better

Didn't know it was today. Would have loved to attend. Maybe next time

Not learning a craft or trade before entering the university was a big mistake for me.though,I later learnt how to repair electric stove on campus in my 100l second semester,I had the extra cash I was craving for.

Student that could Barb hair , make hair, sew clothes , type projects on PC, do electrical, plumbing jobs etc were big boys and girls on campus. They had extra source of income different from what their parents gave them.

This present GenZ age. Before you gain admission into the university learn a computer tech skill . It will help you , you could even buy your dream car while on campus and even get your dream property .

PDP should forget about 2027 elections. They don't even know how to play opposition.

There are alot of act of corruption and loop holes in Tinubus government that the pdp can criticize constructively and win massive support from the masses
