There is going to be another test for the Lagos region, it is done region by region. As for the failure delivery, we have stopped taking CV.... I posted this over a month ago.... Not my fault the mods did not consider it worthy enough to be put in the front page... As for those that were lucky enough, soon you will be called for the test but people that are will to work in the North have more chances of being selected. Thanks all.
