@Topboy994, if your PD is truly Oct 2022, you should be current for documentation (table 2, the attached file). That is the second table, which means F2A applicant repeating the application electronically, (where you upload civil documents, fill out DS260, and pay the fee) this time with NVC . After this phase, you get documentarily complete (you wait o) and wait some more for your PD to be current again (by checking table 1 each month ). NVC moves your application to the Embassy in Lagos and they get you the interview letter.

Sorry, I got married on Aug 2022, my wife Filed on Sept 2022 and it got approved on Oct 2022.

Your spouse becoming a US citizen may be what hastens things for you guys. That time your category goes to IR1 which has no capping.

Good morning all, pls I want to ask a question, my wife who is a green card holder (not a US citizen yet) filed for me after our wedding on Sept 2022, and the petition got aprroved on Nov 2022. But we have been waiting for their feedback since then, no show.
I'm currently worried that they have abandoned my case.
Pls has anyone experienced this before?
And what's the waiting duration for that type of visa.?
