This is just a deliberate ploy to disenfranchise voters. According to Inec, there are only 31% of registered voters with record of their phone numbers on Inec register. How on earth is Inec going to communicate to those without phone number in case of PU relocation?

I just hope Inec will cause chaos in the aftermath of the elections.
