Hotel located in Ikeja Lagos, looking to employ a Housekeeping Supervisor Job description: Previous Housekeeping Supervisory experience in a Hotel is a MUST. Overall responsibility for supervising and inspecting the work or assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests. Assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure proper coverage while you ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties. You will be required to part-take in the regular cleaning of the assigned areas. Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
