oh really? that’s where I presently use for my antenatal and that’s where I take my toddler to when he’s ill and the experience has been good.

However it's obvious the current fast life has made it difficult for people to log on here or probably they have shifted attention to other social platforms.

For the BF you may want to review your diet to a high protein low carb diet. I drank lots of bone broth too. This was what worked for me.

Holla Sis, when I had my son, I struggled with milk production for the 1st few weeks, but I was able to increase my lactation with diet and supplements.

I used pregnacare breastfeeding and it helped.
I also used fenugreek supplements but it made my baby stool so I stopped it. But diet really helped and pumping too.

At some point, I bought the milk booster cookies and lactation pap also

BM availability is usually based on demand and supply, so the more you pump or feed baby the more you will produce

Foods that helped my production, vegetables, eggs, fish, oats, almond milk, yogurt and pap. But you see that vegetable soup did it for me and I tried to incorporate it into every meal as well as a lot of fruits oranges, apples, berries, garden egg, avocado, banana, watermelon and even pineapple.

Also i believe since you have breastfeeding experience, it usually improves with each pregnancy

Painful this place is not like before again, in 2022 when I had my 1st baby ahhh this place was popping, ask one question and receive 10 answers, team and team mates was fun. This place was part of highlight of my pregnancy then, you’re literally excited to come here and chat with the mamas.

I don't know about others but there are things I don't fix because the cost usually outweigh the value you get. Stuff like phone, TV and this type of toy, the moment they breakdown, it's complete replacement. For me to get this battery replaced, I will have to leave my day and then go to the market, source for the battery and then take it to where it will be reconfigured to work with the toy. There's no way this thing won't take at least two to three hours for something I got for 21k and it might end up not also working.


The toy car came with two different batteries, what are the odds that the two batteries are bad and don't work at all. If you like charge them for a whole day,it will only work for less than three minutes for each one. I asked futurefocus severally if he tested what he sold to me and he has always ignored the question. So there's a chance he knew that the toy is bad and went ahead to dump it on me

Imagine a customer complaining that what you sold for him isn’t working and the next thing that you will say is
“ I should have just sold it to someone that understand it, that's why I dont sell certain things to certain people’
Meaning my head is not correct enough to know how to operate a toy car niyen o.

That fansidar has showed many preggy mamas shege. Personally I don't use it anymore....since I don't react well with it. I use the normal ACT,alumether lumefantrine...precisely amatem softgel. I also know a friend that becomes very sick with fansidar that switched to amatem based on doctor's recommendation. Though this is my personal experience and opinion.

you understand, like I’m so scared about using it. Maybe I should go back to the hospital and ask for these options you just mentioned . This drug is called anti malaria and then u use it and start having malaria symptoms. In my head I’ve even postpone using it till next Monday

I have collected fansidar drugs since yesterday my people and I never use am o
My last pregnancy fansidar showed me sheygeh… you use it and become weak and start throwing up.
I have ptsd from the last time. I don’t even know when I’ll take this one, maybe weekend

Please o mamas any tips on what to do so that I won’t feel much effect from the drugs?

It started when I lost someone dear to me, I almost ran mad, they had to call a local nurse who administered an injection to me, the thing off me, when I woke up it started again, I was given another dose, it got me so high that I don't know anything again until I slept off again.

This is how I started requesting for it, I started taking it to get over the trauma, the lady noticed I was getting addicted she refused giving me saying it's dangerous, I had to call my pharmacist friend to get regular supplies, though he didn't stop warning me but I'm already addicted taking it every 4hours, trying to stop when I started seeing the damages but I couldn't.

The fatigue that will follow is unbearable, I will end up taking it to feel okay again. I attached a picture of my hands with the damage.

I need help, I want out so that I can live my normal life but I don't know how, has anyone been there before? How did you get over it? I don't want to die from this. Please help me
