• Deploy successful offline marketing campaigns and handle their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
• Good working ethics and Team working ability.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Administrator needed at a reputable Coworking Hub/Center in Abuja town.

As part of an administration team, selected candidate will play a vital role in the company’s operation, supporting in marketing and communication activities, and general support to the administrative team. Selected Candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including liaising with people within and external to the Company.

Job Requirements
• Should communicate well in English and have excellent communication skills.
• Should have good telephone and email etiquettes.
• Should hold a graduation degree.
• Should be responsible in communicating between the prospective client and coworkers.
• Should know how to work on the computer. (Basic computer skills needed).
• Should know how to handle the appointments and schedule the appointment of the client with our business development officer depending upon the availability.
• Should manage the basic accounting like recording receipt of payment and amount that is spent towards the regular office expenses.
• Should generate an invoice to acknowledge the payment with proper name and other details of the client.
• Should ensure that the customers who are working in the Coworking space are utilizing only the agreed hours of work. If there are any deviations, then it should be escalated to the management.

Criteria for selection:
• Graduate
• Prior experience or can be a fresher.
• Creative, resourceful and motivated.
• Available for an Interview to test the communication ability.
Direct interview or through skype video interview to understand the body language and behavior of the candidate.
• Should be quick in responding to questions.
• Should be efficient in handling the calls.
• Must be a fast learner.
