OK, so Nigeria with 250 million people, is it not harder to develop the whole country than say Ghana with 20 million people?

One or two power plants can serve all of Ghana. Nigeria needs 40 or more. So it's harder and slower to reach perfection in Nigeria than anywhere in Africa due to our humongous population.
