Just few days after an Instagram user complained about the bad state of the Erin Ijesha waterfalls in Osun state, Governor Ademola Adeleke has now swiftly moved and promised to Revamp the waterfall so that it becomes one of the best tourist attraction in the nation.

The user who posted the video complained about it badly littered the place was and how sore a sight it has become. Isaac Fayose, brother of Ayo Fayose as shed more light on the situation before it eventually got to the desk of the Governor of Osun state.

After the Governor's promise, he took to his Instagram page to praise the Governor for his swift action.

Reports says that the security operatives meant to protect peaceful protesters have fired teargas at protesters in a bid to disperse them.

The protesters were shocked and ran for safety as teargas was shot at them. The protesters were totally peaceful while exercising their right to protest but the operatives had another idea.

It is situations like this that lead to violent protests which causes loss of life.

In Kano however, it was not as peaceful as it ought to be as protesters looted property from the NCC building. That was not the goal of the protests and that act is condemnable.

The Abuja Lokoja road was blocked by heavily armed bandits whose intent was to carry out kidnapping.

From the video, you can see that all cars were parked by the road, far from where the would have been abducted. The person narrating said that the weapons carried by the officers were no match for what the bandits have hence they could not engage them.

The Government should be more proactive to secure the citizens.

Security operatives have apprehended a woman identified as A’isha Abubakar in Katsina state for being in possession of weapons.It was learned that she was reportedly transporting the weapons which was intended for gunmen in the area.A security source reveal that the arrest took place in Yan Musa town, following a thorough intelligence operation.The woman was found aboard a KTSTA bus, carrying an arsenal of firearms meant for delivery to criminal elements within Katsina State.
