TUTU147: ijebu igbo people igbo by blood but because of politics and religion no one wants to talk about it.
Again you don’t force such conversation. Let people be free to be who they choose to be and identify with, no big deal. That is the beauty of civilization. The lame argument is that Igbo means forest in Yoruba language but that it is what it is! If you know, you know!!
When I was young, I once went to the Ojude Oba festival and it was colorful. They keep improving the event every year.
My mom is from Ijebu Igbo so it’s easy to just chill in Ijebu ode when we went for ileya. Na so so Glo Adenuga imprints person go dey see around Ijebu.
😂 this one is crying too early. Nobody has the monopoly of madness/ lawlessness or whatever you choose to call it. This is just the beginning 🤣🤣🤣 Those guys with him must be Tinubu’s rented bishops I guess🤣🤣🤣
"One year after he left; he disappeared back into oblivion like he did after he was ousted by IBB. He won’t lead any regional or continental efforts towards better elections, & in deepening democracy. He doesn’t inspire anyone; he remained ineffectual & aloof (in & out of office).
Since Buhari left office, he has holed up himself in Daura. Neither ECOWAS nor AU have found him worthy for any international assignment including the simple task of monitoring elections in Senegal or elsewhere.A truly unfortunate character who had no business running a Local government not to talk of a country. Buhari was just unintelligent, colorless, with a wicked touch of nepotism, incompetence, & unholy corruption. A hound that attacked the very essence of your livelihoods.
In contrast, take a look at Goodluck Jonathan, as weak as he was presumed. He is still going around the globe, making impacts,Today they now invite Jonathan for govt functions, the same Jonathan they carried his mock coffin, just because they wanted power they got the power but they can’t fulfill their promises to the people. Look at Obasanjo, years after, still going to Nations, making impact, the man that called some people DOT in a circle has returned to a DOT, totally forgotten.
If there was anything worst than ineffectual, he would have made the cut. He couldn't even inspire himself. Everywhere he went, he left the stench of poverty, hopelessness, despair, & regrets.Today, only two people hype him. They do so not because of any type of real achievements, but sycophancy; the type that defies every sense of obligation.
He was the representative of a Nigeria that cried for help. The proof that popularity is not at par with capacity. How will you run a country for 8 years & no one will invite you to give a lecture, nor deliver a "one-line" keynote address? In the life of me, I am yet to see a man as insignificant as this one.
My prayer is that someday, somehow, Nigerians will recover from the torture & the trauma. An unfortunate event in your annals of History; both as a military head of state, & a civilian ruler. Like in all Forms of Rule, there is decline & plenty. But he took Nigeria to a place less than obscurity, & left many in multidimensional poverty. He offered no apologies, & blamed others but himself.
In fact, he warned that “under no circumstances should anyone invite him to render an account of his misrule.” I doubt if anyone calls him for a naming ceremony. Very insignificant thus far; no impact, no legacy. A colorless personality, he won't even write a memoir of himself. The fact that they can toy with your lives, & get away with it, is the most depressing. Such a privilege don't exist in other climes. And this is only a glimpse of how ineffectual & aloof he was. How do you hate your country so much?
One could argue that some people used him to get to power, for their own selfish use. Having achieved their aim, they let him slide back into oblivion (to enjoy the rest of his misspent obscure life). A calamity that befell a people. A plague that defied every logic. History will remain unkind to him...." Credits - OPs.

You think Buhari is bad right? Wait till you see Tinubu’s record. Buhari will soon look like a top performer. This is one year ooo
LordVarys1: A friend of mine is hoping to get an appointment as either SSA or Special Adviser to the governor of his state soon. We had an argument about remuneration. Who knows the average salary of a special adviser or SSA. He said SSA is around 600k and Special Adviser is 800k but I told him it can't be upto, it should be around 300k and 500k respectively. I told him to consider very well before leaving his job, atleast he earns over 300k as salary.
We will like to hear from people with Information. Also is there official vehicle for SSA and Special Advisers?
Depends on the criminal you are advising.. Akhume for instance said he cannot afford to pay his 4 drivers minimum wage. That type of criminal will not pay you very well. A guy resigned from his banking job to be Rocha Okorocha’s driver. Never heard him complaining! Do the maths!
Rather than waste time and energy in something that has zero significance in your life, use same energy and time to understand the difference between loose and lose!
Dbanj, Harry song, Portable Nothing last forever. Just focus on your focus! Don’t envy anyone. Your time will come. When it does, grab the opportunity, stay humble and use your head!
That line, I don’t take salary is wack! You take security vote. Your impress equates the life earning of all your level 10 civil servants put together. Your run the contracts etc. All of you guys are the same, criminals !!! The Nigerian constitution is written to make politicians rich.
jesusjnr2020: A real man of God would not permit what God calls an abomination to be carried out in His church.
Leviticus 18:22 (KJV)
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Leviticus 20:13
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Revelation 21:27 (KJV)
"And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life."
Revelation 21:8 (KJV)
"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."
God bless.
Thou shall not steal Though shall not covet thy neighbor’s things Those shall not lie Etc They all carry same weight!
officialwdhtv: Moment Super Eagles players were silent as the new national anthem was sang during their match against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa yesterday.
In fairness to them, many Nigerians are still learning the lyrics after it was re-introduced about a week ago.
