I applied for N-Agro Delta State, didn't get SMS but was able to Login, took the test and successfully selected a device.

I have absolutely no benefit in this and I expect some people to be sceptical that I am out to scam them. For those who believe no proof if necessary, for those who don't no proof is believable. So I won't bother cajoling.
