Use the one from your poly.. Assume you just got into 200(or have not completed 200 like many schools) now okay ? The advert states that for DE students , you must have atleast Upper credit (3.0) from your OND and must have secured an admission into the Uni.. So I think you should use the GP from your poly..

Fill CIS in "others''.. And choose "computer information". Its the closest to our course.. During my time I chose " Computer and Information Science" and still got shortlisted.

My name is Torilo, I thank God for his faithfulness upon my life.
I am wishing all the aspirants in the house success in their admission.
I was an aspirant last year too but to the glory of God am now a student of Unilorin.
God is always faithful even after four years of me applying he finally answered my prayer last year and even gave me double blessings
I'm just encouraging everyone in the house to have faith in God and don't always forget that God always want the best for everyone,
Believe in him and he will see you through!

I also discovered that our faculty and department is not there, so what should I choose?

Abeokuta should be around 8/9hours to Ilorin.

Are you in school already?

OK. I will be around next two weeks Monday since next week is Convocation week.
I don't think the journey is up to 8hours it shouldn't be more than 6hours or it might even be lesser than that.
