Please, is there anyone who has written the two stages of psychometric and hasn't heard anything about Business Simulation? If yes how long ago did you write it?

Also, I heard some people still received mails for psychometric test just yesterday while some people have reached interview stage. How's this their process sef?�

Please, how many weeks interval was there between your psychometric test and the business simulation?

Mine was even a whatsapp call but yes, its an international number (south african)

It was an international number with the South African phone code at the beginning.

I hope this answers your question. I finished the 2 additional psychometric questions then i was sent this email later.

I think theyvare doing this thing in batches.

Please, was it immediately after your psychometric questionnaire assessment that had 5 questionnaires you did this your two days long simulation? Or there was another stage for you inbetween that and the business simulation?
Because the stage after my psychometric assessment is really different from yours. After I got the call to verify my ID, I was given access again to my psychometric page on Evalex to take two extra questionnaires giving me a total of 7 questionnaires. These two extra questionnaires were multiple choice questions with maths, English and organisational question parts. That's what she termed as my business simulation during the call. Except I didn't hear right.

My dear, it is better experienced. I dont even know how to say it. You will writr emails. Basically, you will be given a role in an organisation and you will have to deal with the day to day issues that the organisation faces. The only thing is that its online. So you get to do a lot of typing. Typing what you will do in a particular scenerio etc. The test was long and tasking. (Took me 2 days) plus i dont think there is a wrong and write answer. They will have to mark it individually. Whew.

Has anyone heard anything yet?

Regret mails actually. I got one like two days ago. I guess that's the one they are disseminating for now. But still be hopeful if you haven't gotten any. Yours might be different.

It is very difficult abeg....n if you do not answer the questions on time, it will skip to the next.

My issue now is the video interview... I don't have a laptop and my mobile network is not so good.
