As family members we have to lean on each other, be there for each other, parents should be available for their children, husband and wife should not only be intimate but also friends, always spend time with each other and never transfer aggression.

Express your affection and warmth toward other family members with gesture, action and words. Keep this in mind unexpressed love is no love at all. We should always encourage every family member.

Keep frequent and effective communication because communication is a vital key to a happy family. Keep positive communication within the family which expresses love and care. Never argue and shout at each other unnecessarily.

We should never be partial to any family member, treat everyone equally because equality boosts the confident, security feeling, mutual respect and affection.

It was being reported by CNN that cockroaches is very good for eating and that it contains a lot of protein, since then it has been trending all over the internet. The question is, is cockroaches really safe for eating?

Before you ever think of eating cockroaches please also consider the disadvantages before eating, I did some research and this is what I found. Eat cockroaches for protein being reported by CNN and they also claim that in china, Thailand people rear cockroaches and they call themselves roach farmers.

It is also reported that Chinese pharmacist, through CNN reported that cockroaches have about four times the equivalent of cow milk, they also claim that milk from cockroaches is important for growth and development.

It sound disgusting and irritating that cockroaches of all insect is being eaten!!!


Healthclover.com says that cockroaches are edible and healthy to eat provided that they are well cooked to ensure that bacteria present on the body is killed prior to eating.

It also said that in Asian culture cockroaches are commonly included in their daily diet chart because it taste great and it is high in protein.

It is better you know what you are dealing with before being adventurous, please this nah some bacteria when roaches dey carry for their body.

Cockroaches are troublesome pest found in homes, hospital, restaurant, factory etc, they carry fungi and viruses which include salmonella, staphylococcus, streptococcus and also polio viruses among others.

These insect are usually associated with places where there are biological waste product such as septic tank , garbage, human and animal faeces, rotten food, secretion from corpses among other unhealthy places.
