Making corrections and being corrected can be done without giving an individual derogatory names.
Errors can occur depending on the premise through which it was made, most importantly, no one is an island.
Then if you would want to argue that some errors are avoidable, no one can tell what the writer was doing when the comment was made and didn't proofread before it was submitted.
Corrections can be done in love.
