Job description
The successful candidate will be given hands-on training on next generation technologies and a variety of areas to grow your skills, including: Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation, Network Security, Unified Communications Solutions, IT Infrastructure Management, Systems Administration and Systems Integration.

The Graduate Network Engineer will work with the IP Solutions team in assessing clients’ needs and proposing business solutions through various avenues such as written proposals, Proof of Concept demonstrations etc.

You will play a key role as you assist with initiatives to research and develop innovative and agile IT solutions. In addition to giving you critical IT and Industry exposure, the position is the perfect springboard to fast-track your career in IT.

Responsibilities:
 Work with the technical team in providing technical solutions to meet customer requirements
 Work with the team in documentations such as design specifications, Network diagrams, As-built documentation, etc
 Independently research and make presentations to the team on new and existing products and` solutions.
 Obtain required training and technical certifications within required timeframes and as directed by management.
 Keep abreast of new technologies by continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications



Education
 A good university degree in computer science, Information systems, Electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
 A minimum of CCNA certification (Security or R&S)) is a must.
 CCNP certification (Security or R&S)) will be an added advantage.

Experience
 1-2 years working experience in IT/ Networking or a related technology-based industry is desired but not mandatory.

Required Skills
 Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
 A good understanding of the network technology and protocols
 Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities is desired
 Hands-on experience implementing and administrating Cisco network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls, network protocols, VoIP., Wireless Access Points and WLAN Controllers is desired
 Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
 Ability to develop a work schedule, set goals, creates / implements actions plans and monitor progress towards goals.

Job description
This Associate Level position is primarily responsible for the acquisition of new business for tequipe consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads that generate a growing pipeline of sales.
The Business Development Associate will work with clients to assess their needs and propose, pitch, and present business solutions to clients, through various avenues such as telecommunication, in-person, written proposals etc.
This role requires a self-driven professional, skilled at identifying opportunities, building impactful relationships, working across organizational boundaries, influencing key stakeholders, and driving company growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a thorough understanding of tequipe’s capabilities and offerings.
• Stay current with industry and competitive research and information to enable rich client dialogue; maintain an understanding of client business challenges, industry trends and markets; demonstrate the knowledge to position and communicate tequipe’s capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.
• Produce comprehensive target lists of organizations within a specific target market through online research, directory listings and other accessible means.
• Hunt for new business daily through a combination of cold calling, lead follow up and target account prospecting.
• Qualify new leads and identify decision makers within the target organizations
• Communicate effectively with, and understand client needs to establish an ongoing, harmonious relationship.
• Consult with clients to generate unique and dynamic solutions that fit within the company’s service offerings.
• Coordinate with the technical teams for design and proposal submissions.
• Provide excellent service to clients by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor and evaluate the activities and service offering of the competition.
• Drive new sales and move sales opportunities to closure through demos, proof of concept, creating responses to request for proposals, participation in marketing events; deliver intellectual capital and provide input to sales strategy.
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
• Bachelors’ degree in any discipline is required.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience (not including retail).
• Sales or business development experience in the I.T industry desired

Required Skills
• Strong communications skills; in person, and by phone, writing and electronic media
• Self-starter, goal oriented: able to organize, manage and execute a sales pipeline
• Must have positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and maintain good professional business ethics at all times
• Ability to successfully prospect and qualify new opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment without constant supervision.
• Strong levels of PC literacy

Desired Skills:
• Business IT systems knowledge and/or IT sales experience
• Experience of specific vertical markets & their IT issues
