Hello House,

1. I am a single parent planning to bring my two kids to the UK to join me after sometime on my Student Visa. I applied for a visiting Visa Last year and in the part where I was asked[b] if anyone rely on my financial support[/b]? I answered NO because I am not the one taking financial responsibility of the children. They are being taken care of by their father . I will like to know if this is a deal breaker during the application because I want to select Yes now so that I can put the children's name as my dependent.

2. We have not collect birth certificate for these children age 5 and 11 and I plan to do so now before I apply for my VISA. I hope the date the Birth certificate is issued does not matter.

3. Please kindly advice on the document I will need to provide when the time comes to apply for the children.
Please note that their father is going to fund the children so the POF is going to be from him.

NB. We are never married and did not live together.
