this same question came up few weeks ago at a seminar on HIV counseling and testing, and the conclusion was just that the woman may not really have it in mind to cheat on the husband but want him to feel the same pain of always taking the condom whenever he is travelling. Despite the fact that wives are encouraged to help their husband with the so condom to prevent the spread of the virus and other related STI, it takes the grace of God for each wife to be able to withstand such and do as if everything is normal. God will help us all.
