Pls,could anyone help me with adequate info. Will I be able to pay the repartriation and application fee the day I go to Lagos office with all necesarry documents for study permit and as well do the submission of the the documents on that very day?Can anyone give me an idea of the total cost of application and repartriation with bank commission if applicable?

adewumigloria: dear nairalanders, i applied for study permit on the 4th of nov (its three weeks today) pls i'll like to call them if my visa is ready for collection. want to do this so i dont have to travel down and it wont be ready.
my question now is what number to call, cos i was told some numbers are never answered. thank u everybody!

If your school only send admission offers via email then you are good to
go but if not then you need to request for the hard copy to be sent too
your address

Requirement for South African Study Permit
Your passport which must be valid for at least 30 days
Your permit fee
Proof of financial means of pay your tuition and support your studies
(Bank Statement)
Proof of medical or insurance cover registered and recognised by South
African Govt
Repatriation fee except sponsored by south african body or South African
citizen or study less than 1yr
Police clearance is required if you are older than 18
An official letter of acceptance from South African institution
detailing course duration
Power of attorney will be needed if an agent is applying on your behalf
Evidence of payment for conditional offer

Pls,may I ask if the duplicate copies of my credentials required to be submitted with the application form for study permit have to be certified?

Pls,I am a Nigerian.I have just been accepted for one year honours degree at Wits university,SA.Pls,I need answers to these question:
-Do I need to certify duplicate copies of my credentials needed to be submitted with study permit applicatn form?
-Is the black and white print out copy of the applicatn form for study permit okay or I shld make it colour print out?
-Will the payment of repartriation and application fee has to be done at Lagos South African Commission Office or a designated bank?Can that be on the very day of application?
-Could you give me an idea of the total cost for repatriation and application?
