Unless you're trying to tell us you did other tests longside the TSH test, vitamin deficiency being discovered from TSH test is impossible, and a big lie.

Change hospitals, go to a Teaching Hospital preferably. Something else might be making you "extremely weak". Anemia, dehydration, poor nutrition, diabetes, infections (bacteria, viral, etc), other NCDs like heart, liver and kidney diseases could be responsible for the extreme weakness, not just Thyroid diseases and vitamin deficiencies.

My honest advice

You've spoken well my friend, I did TSH,CBC,kidney and blood sugar together because of fatigue/weakness. While B12 deficiency was written about there...

My own best advice based on what I've gone through is , Everyone, male and female, you need self discovery ,there you will know more about yourself, what you really wanted and it will shape you to want to look for who really connects with your life and you have to be soooooooo INTENTIONAL about your life and be less emotional about this things ( one of my mistakes that got my fingers burnt) and the last one you have to Pray over it, hmmm many ignore this and feel bossy above this , saying it's not real , it doesn't matter .. my people , it was dawn on me when I was told I could have done the spiritual check about this before we even go deeper into it... You might seems it's not true ( Infact , na old prophetess who collects no dime from me , no be say she wan marry me , or give me her daughter, I never attended her church before and I've never gone there till now .) she had to collect my name and her name , prayed on it for about 7 days , she came back to me and gave me a warning to let her be and path ways from her .. ( God bear me witness) she said she'll come her self to pack her loads.. please , this damn true .. In fact , before you took that bold step of marrying or impregnate any lady ( if una wan marry ) , do pre-marital counselling oo , self discovery oo and Pray or go to any trusted pastor who's genuinely calling unto God and wont lead you astray .. it's very important....men , we all need women but women that are willing to support , respect and genuinely love us back as we have for them

I need to comment to this , it really happened to me.. most of what the Op stated were correct and some doesn't.. I am so pained that , it has to happened to me despite what I contributed ( i am not saying this to feel perfect or don't have my shortcomings...) I really thought so deep about what I could have done to deserve all of those things she did and how she eventually moved out . Before , it was her mother who doesn't want me to have her ( I am very sincere here ) , you know when your mother inlaw was saying , she will never let me have her daughter, not my type suppose have her daughter because I refused to harken to what the mama and the lady wanted , they wanted me to go rent an apartment, a room and parlor self contain because I lived in a one room face me and face you.. But I couldn't because I have my 3bedroom flat apartment about 85% completion, to be honest here , the money for the apartment is around 200k-250 and then I'm going to be spending around 218k to 300k to fully finish my flat . ( I informed the father in-law about this my 3bedroom, he knows too but they want me to leave it and rent the apartment first , later I will come for my own ) But one of my plan and promises I made for my unborn child is to raise her in my personal house . And I stood my ground and ignore them , you see , the mother inlaw humiliated me , embarrassed me , says loads of derogatory words at me ,my mom and everyone on the introduction day , atop of her voice she'll never let me have her daughter. I remained calm , I don't respond and I let all slips..( God bear me witness , folks..) and that's because she's pregnant for me then.. Since then the mama don't really like me , after she put to bed she was allowed to bring my child to my house ( completed 3bedroom flat..) within the two years staying with me , it was hell , she finally pack her stuffs this August 1.. nothing like domestic violence between us she might capitalized on , I never refuses her allowances and the little girl , but I think she's feed up and really want to go see what's going on outside.. I was so pained for such mistake I did to my dear life by having anything to do with her and she scuttle the plan I had for my kid and what the kid might go through in their hands. I don't know why most of our women don't really knows what they wanted .. so painful.. ( there's more to this I short here ...) ..

You're making sense .. my own experience, the mother is the C in C of the house , anything she said or do is final .
I spoke to the father , if he could hear me out but the response is " ehn you should try do what they said na ni ". I said okay . For failing to do what the mother said ( because it is against what I wanted for my dear life ). I hear am on the introduction day .. she was atop her voice , I have no this , I have no that , I am nobody and she'll never hand her daughter to me" .. the father and the daughter were not saying anything.. I was ashamed of myself and regretted to have anything to do with the family.. if you ask me wha is that she want me to do ( that I don't ) .. they've gone to price a room and parlor self contain ( I lives in a room face me and face you then ) , they send a picture to me and price tag 200k-250k and I must send the money to them to get it and i told the father , see , i have my own 3bedroom flat about 85% to complete .. and I just want to buy tiles of 218k to tilled the house . I live inside my house now and she's with her parent now .. see , I so much want peace of mind , if you're a woman and you don't seems to know what you wanted , you've got no mind of your own , ah , bye bye o .. I just want 3things , support , Respect and love and I will reciprocate....

Before they go public, they first of all sell to private investors at let’s say 50 cents. They may even do multiple private rounds at different prices.

When the shares finally go public at $1, that’s when you and I (the ordinary people) buy.

After the public sales, initial investors sell off their shares. If you bought at 50 cents, you’ve automatically made 100% profit.
