I NEED HELP

I need help and direction on how to start. I want to go for my PH.D in Microbiology in the United States of America. I have a B.SC in Microbiology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University from April 2001 to September 2005 with a g.p of 2.60. I also have a M.SC in Microbiology from September 2010 - December 2012 with a g.p of 4.0. How do i start the process of PH.D in the States?
