Bela.- Jargons ft. Tem. Official Lyrics BELA. OPENS THE PROJECT WITH A DELIBERATE DISRUPTION — “jargons” (ft. Tem.) SETS THE TONE FOR tHIs MiGHt coNfUsE yoU... The first track, jargons (ft. Tem.), launches the project with sharp poetry and restless energy. Bela. uses spoken-word fragments, raw imagery, and emotional honesty to introduce a world where confusion is intentional and clarity is optional. Tem.’s presence adds rhythm to the tension, creating an entry point that feels bold, strange, and unforgettable. SEE LYRICS: https://touchaheart.com.ng/2025/11/26/bela-deliverusfromevil-ft-ololade-official-lyrics/ About the Artist Marvelous Ojo Obanijesu — Bela., the creator — has built a world where art isn’t clean, and music doesn’t have to sound like everyone else’s to mean something. His creative choices, from recording on a phone to mixing erratic typography and merging fashion with storytelling, are a rebellion against the ordinary. He stands as one of the few artists daring to let confusion become a language. With his latest released project tHIs MiGHt coNfUsE yoU, Nigerian artist Marvelous Ojo Obanijesu, professionally known as Bela., the creator, redefines chaos and coherence. The 10-track project, in which nine out of the ten tracks were recorded entirely on a phone microphone, stands as a declaration that brilliance isn’t about perfection; it’s about honest perception. This is not just an album. It’s a movement of controlled disorder, a deliberate collapse of neatness in both sound and form. Every track title merges words together — sumtin’AboutYou, whyAreYouNotHere?, sacredAbomination, theBestThing — refusing to leave spaces. This is Bela.’s philosophy made audible: “Don’t give them space to separate what belongs together.” To Bela., the absence of space represents unity — an idea, emotion, and identity so intertwined that separation would only weaken its power. The project’s title itself, tHIs MiGHt coNfUsE yoU, written in erratic case mix, mirrors how confusion can be intentional, structured, and purposeful. “It’s the way my thoughts look before they make sense,” Bela. explains. “Every letter, every sound, every line is slightly off — because so am I. But that’s what makes it human.”

“Emergency for the Country: Burna Boy, Olamide, Bela., and Other Nigerian Artistes Using Music to Speak Up About the Nation’s Growing Insecurity” Nigeria is at a breaking point. From rising insecurity to economic tensions that stretch across every home, the cultural space has once again become a mirror for the nation’s fears and frustrations. And as history has shown, when situations reach boiling point, Nigerian artistes often become the first to raise their voices. In recent years, top musicians have used their platforms to call attention to Nigeria’s reality. For many listeners, music has become both an escape and a warning alarm—an archive of the country’s emotional temperature. Falz: The Artiste Who Turned Protest Into Art Falz’s “This Is Nigeria” remains one of the most defining political songs of the decade. He chronicles everything from police extortion to religious hypocrisy, forcing uncomfortable truths into the mainstream. His vocal presence during the #EndSARS movement further solidified his role as one of the strongest cultural critics of the state. Burna Boy: Sounding the Alarm Through Conscious Music Burna Boy has consistently woven Nigeria’s political atmosphere into his sound. Songs like “Monsters You Made” and “20 10 20” highlight corruption, failed leadership, and the trauma of police brutality. His global reach has turned these issues into international conversations, proving that music can spark pressure on systems. ENTER BELA.: A NEW VOICE SPEAKING INTO THE NATION’S CHAOS With his new project tHIs MiGHt coNfUsE yoU, Bela. steps into the lineage of artistes who refuse to ignore the country’s condition. Track 3, titled “emergencyForTheCountry (ft. J.T.R),” stands as one of the most heartfelt reflections on Nigeria’s current insecurity crisis from a new-generation musician. Bela.’s track examines Nigeria’s current climate with painful honesty. Lines like: “People dey die by the dozen, news is not reporting…” “Unknown soldiers kill am… innocent men wey dey put for prison…” speak to the fear spreading across rural and urban communities. The song touches: • insecurity • corruption • wrongful imprisonment • economic hardship • the silence of those in power Unlike many political songs that accuse from afar, Bela.’s record sounds like someone living inside the pain, not observing it. Listeners have already described it as “a necessary truth in a confusing time,” making the song one of the standout socio-political expressions of 2025. Olamide: The Street as a Political Statement Olamide may not always be tagged as a political musician, but hits like “Symbol of Hope” and lines scattered across his discography often reflect the struggles of young Nigerians—poverty, survival, and the weight of a system that demands strength from the weak. His music is the lived experience of the streets, unfiltered. Fela Kuti: The Eternal Blueprint No conversation about musicians speaking against the government is complete without Fela. His legacy remains a reminder that the truth can be sung louder than bullets. Every generation of Nigerian artistes draws from that well. Why Bela.’s Voice Matters Now As insecurity rises and uncertainty becomes a routine headline, younger artistes like Bela. are beginning to use their platforms not just to entertain but to document the moment. A Growing Movement of Voices Nigeria’s artistes have always been historians of emotion. In a time when many citizens feel unheard, musicians are giving language to the things people whisper about at home. From Burna Boy’s global activism to Falz’s sharp commentary, from Olamide’s street reports to Bela.’s reflective storytelling—the message is clear: The country is in an emergency, and the music is starting to scream it.

All we ask is that partners display emotional intelligence, women during pregnancy cannot be compared to a man going through financial strains. The pregnancy stuff is hormone flares beyond her control (except she wants to aggravate but if she knows the man she married and his lack of tolerance, she would probably not push it). She can't control how she cries or easily gets overwhelmed but that is just for 9 months... and possibly some time post partum... Una agree to be pregnant, the pregnancy hormone thing is everywhere so you know what you're up against from the very beginning. A man/woman who cannot their emotions do to whatever secondary situation is not right. Financial needs will be there most times even after the kinds have gone on to their own houses, rather than endure, communicate... it won't be like endurance if you both have talked extensively, not with arguments or defensive nature, talk it out, this is what we have, let's be realistic and maximise it. Don't take them to where you can't afford but you can ensure they are better my using YouTube videos, teach them what you feel their school is lacking, buy the books because school fees will not be drowning you, make the children themselves understand, they are smarter than you think, they will sit up and bring the best results, when the school sef knows their worth to the image of their school they will not be hard on you. Communicate!! That you are the head does not mean the woman won't have nice ideas or opinions, na she dey go market, her fellow women can tell her what their husbands are doing to get by and it could be applicable to you too. Even a king has advisors. When you people are intentional about supporting each other, that word endurance will not come in. Cause even when you're struggling she will protect you with a smile and with pride. Women who are well managed submit and submit well... PolyGamous: |
Abeg when rendering any kind of help, at what point was it stated that all your problems must have been solved or sorted. That you don't have money currently does not mean that if a hungry person comes to you, you don't have resources that can alleviate his problem while you continue your hustle to get money. Are we saying they're perfect or we trust them absolutely, No! Are we saying that we can't handle these people ourselves if we are structured right? WE CAN but the people who are supposed to make it their business are not so we seek external help. What are we even afraid of? They'll steal the resources, which have seen or has been maximised to give you comfort... Even when outsiders aren't stealing it have they used it for you??... Of someone can help and you can sleep at night with fearing for the safety of your child in school or your child safely travelling back to school, let it be that what you're hustling for is how to make ends meet, will it not be better, what do you actually have now that can be taken and not reclaimed, if they take resources, we can reclaim it but a live take cannot. They have killings too but they actually put in the effort to find the perpetrators, the police are equipped well enough to answer distress calls and come to your aid all you have to possibly do is stall... Imagine a student is able to call the police during a raid, do you think police will come , they are afraid because most of the security forces in the place where the abductions take place know that their gears pale in comparison to the people they are supposed to face. Knowing they are a hustle force with hostages and no care for human lives, it would be foolish for them to run in blindly. We are only focused on the immediate problem and not the bigger picture because with the way things are going there will be nobody to paint or draw this bigger picture... After the kain independence what have we achieved and maintained at our old age... Nigerians try a lot and are dominating sectors in other countries, if we would be maximised by our country, you think people will see our backs?? Instead there are people in power that has turned this country to the tower of Babel... Embezzle away don't distract us by wasting human lives to prove a point. Worship Allah and I worship God. That doesn't mean that we can't be friends at work or I school and efficiently and peacefully leave, when you die you hope that your faith cmwas practised well enough that you be with your creator. I just don't get it, there sleek ways to Embezzle, as long as when you Embezzle, you share, Embezzle more, you share... Nigerians don't have problem like that. Detaching a neck like it means nothing, aliens might as well invade so we know we have a common enemy rather than your fellow countryman ... you have guns, give one decisive blow why make it so inhumane, the slice can't be clean, you litter their body with bullets or rape then use knife to cut up while still alive.. Abeg OkanlawonB: |
I don't know the basis of the conversationbut why would a woman endure in a marriage that she supposed ro enjoy, to have found a partner that becomes 1 with her. For example; If she has to endure hard times with you and step in when things aren't as rosy, okay no problem... That shouldn't include you carrying out your frustration on her in any form that will now cause her to endure... the same stress that is gnawing at you is the same gnawing at her, why should she be forced to include the stress of your frustration... no matter the meaning of endurance, Someone is having headache and you want her to wait till it becomes a head pounding migraine before she seeks help all because as a wife she should have the ability to endure... Haaa PolyGamous:Then stick to a side and don't try to make excuses for a side you are not on.. There will be girls who don't want to endure anything but that doesn't mean that there are not women forced to endure rubbish, it wouldn't be a problem if the alapa stainless outweighs the abused... bit the type of rubbish women are forced to endure all in the name of marriage is alarming, most times sef the emotional and psychological parts are daunting because of our culture and system, most people do not believe what they don’t see until it's too late. When the person dies now, we'll be quick to say ah see what her desire to endure and protect her family name has caused. |

Thirty-eight Eruku Church worshippers kidnapped during service in Kwara State, Nigeria, have been freed after days of terror Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq confirmed Sunday that 38 people abducted from Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku regained freedom. The victims were taken during an attack on the church last Tuesday evening. The release followed days of coordinated efforts by security agencies and federal authorities. Families are reuniting with loved ones after nearly one week in captivity. The community of Eruku is overwhelmed with relief and gratitude. President Bola Tinubu directed increased security operations in response to the kidnapping incidents. Additional tactical teams were deployed to Kwara State immediately. The governor credited President Tinubu for his hands-on involvement in the rescue operation. Security forces worked around the clock to secure the release of the victims. The successful release followed intensive operations utilizing soldiers, DSS operatives, Special Tactical Squad units, SWAT personnel, and local vigilantes. Details of how the victims were freed have not been publicly disclosed. Authorities have not confirmed whether arrests were made. The Terrifying Eruku Church Attack Bandits abducted over 30 people during an attack on Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku, Ekiti Local Government Area. Three people died in the attack when bandits opened fire inside the church during an evening programme. The assault happened around 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 18. Worshippers had gathered for a Thanksgiving service when gunshots suddenly filled the sanctuary. The church secretary formally confirmed that 38 persons were abducted, including three non-members who were present during the siege. Witnesses described scenes of absolute chaos and terror. Many worshippers fled through windows, while others were rounded up at gunpoint. The youngest victim was seven years old, while the oldest was 64, with 30 of the 38 abductees being women. Eight of the kidnapped worshippers were minors. Four members of the same family were worshipping together that evening. Bandits demanded N100 million ransom for each victim, totaling N3.8 billion. The astronomical figure shocked families already traumatized by the violence. Ransom was negotiated down to N20 million per victim before communication with abductors broke off on Friday. It remains unclear whether any ransom was ultimately paid. Security agencies have not released complete details about the rescue operation.
