I have my blood test tomorrow, as much as I hate cyclogest, I am still using it. I had low response to menopur, so only 3 follicles were seen with 1 egg of good quality retrieved, fertilised and transferred.
My plan was to let my body rest for a few months before starting IVF again, but in the meantime, try to treat the tubes and who knows....... miracles do happen. After about 5months, I will try ivf again, if the hydro is still there I would tie the tubes and go straight to donor eggs. Forget all my fake bravado oh, I cried like a baby and locked myself in the room for the whole day. I was just asking "why me?"...... but who can question God. I did 3 IUIS and each result turned out this way. My tubes were fine and patent, until hydro showed up last year.

I feel your pain.
Been TTC for 9yrs. I have done IVF 5 times. I know how you must be feeling.

I think you should tackle the hydrosalpinx and blocked tubes first. Give it about 3 months to make sure your tubes are unblocked. In addition to the enzymes and the teas, you can take echinacea and astragalus. They work for hydrosalpinx.

I will advise you hold on with the COQ10, L-Arginine and DHEA. This is from personal experience, I was using them all together, and I started feeling some funny pains on my side where the liver is (I might be exaggerating), but I had to stop everything I was using for a month, do scan and other organ function test, to be sure everything is okay before before proceeding.

Also because, the serra and teas are enzyme/herbs, while the L arg, and others are not, and may contra-indicate. Just my own thots o.

Wait till you see AF, and start the same day.

How is you flow normally like. Is it normal, scanty, excessive?

Thanks a lot for your response, the flow is normal but with clots generally. But with all the progesterone and estrogen, I believe this time will be heavier. I am still looking for who will sell serrapeptase to me as it seem haja doesn't have at the moment.

Good evening sisters, I am quite new here and have been TTC for 6yrs. I just concluded a cycle of ivf which unfortunately resulted in BFN (I just tested today). It is really difficult and depressing to cope with the negative result, but what can one do? It is what it is! I have hydrosalphix and some blockage(the hydro was drained before the ivf). I want to start serrapeptase, the Chinese teas and cleanpoint tampons. When is the ideal time to start using these supplements, bearing in mind that my body has been pumped full of all sorts of drugs for the procedure. I have not seen AF yet after the procedure (embryo transfer was exactly 14 days ago). So please, when is the ideal time to start these supplements? Also can I use them with coq10, evening primrose, vit E, folic acid, l'arginine and dhea? Thanks for your responses.

Please where can I get clean point tampons in abuja? I can't seem to get, mumihaja doesn't have at the moment.
