Hello, I'd like to clarify a few things from your response . I'm at the point of choosing a date for appointment for IW on the new site AVITS however the earliest date is in dec, I initially had seen October 3 but since I'm not currently in Lagos I didn't choose it. If I choose the earliest date now for 23rd of dec, can I still proceed to register on the OIS site and schedule an appointment for drop off? Also, is there any point where I still have to take documents to the embassy? Or it's straight to dropoff at Idowu taylor after scheduling an appointment on the OIS site. I'd just like a step by step of the actions after payment on the new website. Thank you

1. Yes it's a bit of problem, if you did not or have not received any acknowledgement email from the USA embassy, after registering on the new website, because, naturally " Qualification for interview waivers is assessed by the responses provided to questions during the appointment scheduling process, and at the end of the process " qualified applicants will receive an Interview Waiver Confirmation letter with detailed information on how to submit the application documents. This is probably where you missed the road, because it seems you have not received the IWCL ?

2. Anyways, according to the new directives, In order to be able to submit your application documents, you need to proceed with registering on :

www.oisservices.com/services website.

On that page, locate "US VISA APPLICATION DOCUMENTS PICK UP/DROP OFF" section, scroll down to the page and click on "Click Here" button.

Proceed with registering on the page and select your documents pick-up/drop off option."

PS: It seems you will have to pay a fee , if you did not have the IW confirmation letter from the embassy.
