For 1&2, a simple reply with the number of people, and intending day, i can provide prices for you.
For cargo the price varies per ton,
you have to confirm all prices 3 days before departure.

For 3&4 you have to submit a letter of intent stating,
1. Were the cargo is going to
2. Where we are to pick up your cargo
3. If warehousing will be needed at loading or departure points.
4. If we are to pick up ex-warehouse.
5. Single voyage or multiple
6. If you have utilized such service before ( just incase the client is a chronic debtor)
