Yes USD first,before Naira,that's the reason for asking for the cheque, this isn't some long chain involving 8 people,the Direct principal and Myself,the funds don't belong to me,never said they do,and the cheque is still much safer than just doing a regular transfer in cases where 1 party might have not so honest intention.

And I,mention this very clearly iny posts, USD gets paid FIRST.
And the funds are undeniably available.
