Unfortunately as good as all these analysis seem you still have to accept that we have gotten ourself into a economic vicious cycle.

We cant pursue long term solutions without short term wedges, else things will truly fall apart.

These banks are simply rougues period. From what i saw the rates used for clearing payments for mastercard was even lower than #350, yet stanbic does #380 and they feel like saints. The premium these banks rake in is obviously way more than 2%

PayPal is trying to make case with naija banks. They better adjust.

I couldn't make payment since yesterday. They want to force DCC on them.

Funny thing is there is no option to bypass this and actually checkout in $ instead. Just mailed them for clarification.

Time to dust out my u.s.a paypal account i guess.

Unfortunately everyone is going to tell u what you dont want to hear.......the seller did nothing wrong from both your accounts given.

The hp 15 (different from the pavilion 15) is a low end budget system in a sleek case cool

. Worse still from what i've seen there seems to be two different versions - the ones sold in africa (no fans!), and the us ones (come with fans).

And yes they only have 1 memory slot tongue

I guess in order to meet the target market price hp concluded 'buyers' wouldnt mind, obviously they never had u in mind.

Its still an okay system for everyday use (browsing, ms office, entertainment). But its definitely neither a gaming rig nor a work horse.

Sir,accept the sellers apologies, if you still dont like it simply resell it. When buying a system next time use google to checkout reviews so you know what youre getting
