Osisioma doesn't have the right. It's either he goes back to the same court or a higher court. It's like if you make a decision that is not liked by members of your family, then they report to your twin sister. She doesn't have the right to overturn but if it is reported to your Parents, matters have been escalated and may require more hearing.

Inspector General of Police, are you awake? Because if you are awake and you are watching helplessly the miscarriage of justice in Abia State, then I'm afraid for the future of Nigeria.

A situation where a court of competent jurisdiction ruled in favour of a candidate- Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah to be duly sworn in even. Even after INEC issued a certificate of return, you have failed to act accordingly.

Why haven't you discharged your responsibility by completely adhering to the instructions of the court. Kindly note that this is your first task as an IG and serves as litmus test to show if you can handle the job.

The Governorship Seat is not Ex-Governor Dr. Ikpeazu's birth right, so it is very unpatriotic of him to still use powers to sit on the same seat that the court has told him to vacate. Is he above the law? Are Governors in Nigeria still regarded as emperors? Does he realise that he is in contempt of the court ruling, which is a criminal act? If it was Saraki do we think the IG must have withdrawn all his security by now?

The Gentleman approach will be for Ikpeazu to vacate the seat while he puts up a fight to regain his seat in the Appeal or Supreme Court. All hope is far from lost. People that know about court proceedings know that Dr. Ikpeazu needs a stay of execution from the court of appeal to set aside judgment, which he does not have. He is setting a bad precedence and it is indeed a sad day for democracy in Nigeria.

Dr. Ikpeazu made a simple but big mistake, he probably trusted someone incompetent to handle his taxes. We are waiting to see how he is going to explain how he got a Tax certificate dated on saturday when it is common knowledge that tax offices are not opened on weekends. It is a simple case of forgery. I say it is simple because its just a date but we are tired of our Leaders not being meticulous with their dealings. Imagine the character of the people he has sworn into office? Imagine him issuing Certificate of Occupancy dated on Saturday? Or having a wrong date on his child's birth certificate? They probably just picked a date and forgot to look at the calendar, and he did not cross check.

This is a lesson to Nigerians to be more accountable because we may be called to defend our actions one day. If he paid his taxes the right way, will this have happened?

Stop making Ibo people look bad and be patriotic like Goodluck and Cameron.
