How is No.27 for Nigeria a weird rule ? This is a normal rule to all parts of the world. ?

When I was a kid I use to hear about one law in some northern states of nigeria. I truly have not checked it out, thou its a sharia law they claim, and it states that if you are driving, its a double offence to hit a person eating sugar cane. Pls is this true?

In the US you can be given a ticket for driving below speed limit. My sister was given one. � she was driving at 30mph on a highway that had a minimum of 45mph
