Imagine how much Nigeria would spend if the president had to travel on chartered aircraft that is not Nigeria's. Does it not make economic sense that we bought our own aircraft. The recent expose on Nigerian Senators over 21 million naira monthly take home made me understand how likes of Dino Melaye could afford luxury cars and lifestyle. They pocket monies meant for project and infrastructure in their constituency while their people continu in poverty. Only God knows what someone like Abaribe has amassed for decades while Abia State is nothing to write home about.
