Also, do you add note to the names when submitting?

Lets/Advertise/it.com (you've got a product? Let's Advertise It. Looking cool for advertising agency). Several Lets + keywords have good sales on namebio. After discovering it's availability, I wanted to know if it was once registered and discovered it was first registered in 2008.

Well, I use professional email. But I think the most important thing is the quality of the domain.

Instead of waiting for 60days lock, you can tell the buyer to open account with the same registrar where you regged the domain and push it to him after payment. It is better to do so so that you may not loss the sale.

Buyer insisted that he will only purchase from Godaddy outlet and I have the name registered at namesilo.
I quite understand the effect of delay on closing a deal.
I once lost a deal of $500 just because this buyer also wanted to make purchase from godaddy. After the 60 days lock period, I transferred the name to godaddy and sent him the link as he requested. Guess what? He told me he will only pay $50 lol. This was same CEO who told me the name is only worth $500 to him and that he will make purchase if I send him the godaddy link few minutes after I registered the name and contacted him. He owns the .net extension
The name is still playing in my portfolio.
So, Iike a guy said, some buyers buy on impulse, the reason for follow up.
