I didn't send a reminder for this. The buyer just went to undeveloped and sent an offer of $190 and we entered a ballpark at $250.
Of course, reminder should be done under previously sent email.

I get responses to my reduced offer price except for just one and I just didn't disturb the guy again so as not to look desperate.
If I may ask, was it his response to your first offer price that brought about your reduced offer price?
Probably you can just give him some space and then follow up with him.

Won't disclose the name for now as I still want to explore other GEO plus combinations in the dame niche.
