Now that PEC-PG is gone, it is not a time to feel sad or gloomy, it is a time to be motivated to push through and achieve what you desire.

I never got GCUB when i applied for it but it never kept me down, i applied to several schools and at the end i got 5 admissions with 3 scholarships. I had the liberty of choosing the one that i wanted. PEC-PG scholarship stipend for Msc is R$2100, but you can get above that if you got private funded scholarship via a professor.
Also it is advantageous to get a private funded project scholarship because the laws permit you to accumulate it with CAPES or departmental scholarships. But you can't accumulate other scholarships with GCUB or PEC-PG .

March 2026 resumption is still a reality, do not give up. I hope this helps someone

Some couples, rather than go through this nightmare, opt out from raring children.

Finland, which has the best education in the world, has a much laid back approach that achieves wonders.

The only real benefit of this system is that it makes South Korean students excel when they sojourn overseas.

It is the way Nigerian uni students excel when they go to a UK or US university. A Third Class here student can earn a First Class easily there.

Islam has spread more through non military conquest than through military conquests. These efforts were led by muslim saints, scholars and ambassadors who voyaged or journeyed into other countries and regions. No amount of posts on Nairaland can change this.

Fact:
Wars were fought against rulers who prevented God's word from reaching the people. It is necessary practice in Islam to deliver its message to the people. So those confrontations were inevitable during the eras of fiefdoms. There are many muslim centres and outreach posts today all over Europe and America who are responsible for the increasing spread of Islam in these continents.

If he invest just 10 percent on it on cash crops like cocoa, coconut, palm oil, cashew, coffee, kola nut, castor , pineapple etc.
He will make the gain in some years time, and that plant could fruit till next 30 to 60 years if well taken care of.
Pineapple for an example, an acre establishment will cost around 1 million or less, depending on where you get suckers.
15k suckers will be around 750k if sold at around 50 naira to 60 naira per sucker.
This pineapple grows in 18 months, after the 18 months, if you want to sell, let say you sell each at 250 naira, that’s around 4 million, you will still sell suckers, a plant can have like 10 suckers, the slip, the ratoons and suckers, if you decide to sell all the 10 suckers per plants. You will have like 7.5 million to your 4 million, that’s if sold at #50 naira. That’s around 12 million. But if you don’t sell the suckers but plant it, you have 150k pieces of pineapple after a year and half. The cycle continues.

The navy should be thanking TOMPOLO AND THE FG for the contract of safeguarding the waterways. Because I don't see them doing that.

Trust me, the pipeline surveillance given to TOMPOLO is what has not really opened the navy ass.

They are only strong when it comes to civilians. Had a bitter experience with one of them.

Secondly there is a region in this country that has chosen not to be part of the Nigerian military deliberately. In the future, they will reap the fruit of their choice.

I know a lot about embedded systems and even though I can organise an online class for that, the real deal must be hands on. Like practical to actually test what works and what doesn't. Issue with online class for the course I listed before is that, any online class will just be a scratch on the surface.

You can't achieve all these online. It's like learning how to drive truck online, of course there s videos but you can't learn it without practical experience.

I've answered your question but I know you'll still argue. Advanced computer engineering can't be taught online but you can be introduced to the basics online. YouTube, coursera, Alison, MIT open course ware, Udemy etc won't teach you the aforementioned. If they do, it'll be a scratch on the surface.
