The solution is simple.. Install a device that livestreams each ride, or better still, make it compulsory that drivers must record a short video of their passengers before starting the journey. This should be saved in the ride history.

I think it's 18months (1 1/2years). I av someone who did it years ago and from the look of time he spent to conclude it, it took more than a year. KWASU precisely. He also confirmed it to me, but it years ago, can't really remember exactly, just know it's more than a year.

The 1 year I mentioned is for NBTE approved topup program which is done online

Thank bro, I'm aware of some of those universities, but the issue is that I stay in PH, so distance will be an issue.
Secondly, most of those universities don't offer topup in Engineering courses.
