Health › Re: Numbers Of Newly Tested HIV Positive Patients In Nigeria In The Last 3 Months by Trendie247: 6:03am On Jun 03 |
DrMB: Are we looking away from a silent crisis? While the headlines focus on politics and the economy, the latest health data reveals a sobering reality. Over the last three months alone, thousands of Nigerians have tested positive for HIV. Is your state doing enough regarding testing, awareness, and prevention? Here is the official breakdown of newly tested HIV-positive patients across Nigeria between March and May 2026, according to the National Data Repository. High numbers can mean two things: a higher spread, or simply better, more aggressive testing campaigns in those states. 👇 What do you think is driving these numbers in your state? Are advocacy programs fading, or is healthcare access improving? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Let’s talk about it.

Criminals... What we are asking for is Mandatory Electronic Transmission of Result. But APC criminals brought in "Real-time" to make it look as if what sane Nigerians are asking for is not achievable.
Results should be transmitted after counting of ballots, and signing of result sheet by party agents before leaving the polling unit. |

giselle237: Your fears are correct. Also they will pick up your sponsorship. The reason you gave is not cohesive. You sad your employer is sponsoring your OSCE exam so that you will become a better nurse. How so? Osce exam is to enable you no longer work in Nigeria but make u eligible to work in the UK, so how would you be of benefit to a Nigerian employer this way? Why would a Nigerian employer that pays you 120k suddenly have. 2m to give to you to go and write a foreign exam? The next application they would likely bring up another reason because your financial history is a no no. That’s why they listed everything down for you to see. 127k salary they won’t take that chance that you will return back to Nigeria. If you have a spouse or children then maybe they would believe you, otherwise I see another refusal lined up. Although I listed it as a gift, the sponsorship is actually a training bond that requires me to return and work for the company for a minimum of two years |

Taal17: In your next application make sure you address the reason why you were denied.
They listed it there
No qualifications and no evidence that you are registered nurse .
Did you provide that earlier ? I will provide them in my next application. But my fear is that they may now focus on the funding and sponsorship, cos they just mentioned them without further details. For the certificate, below is what I provided, I didn't think nursing certificate would be important since NMC UK registration details and PRN was provided. (You can't register with NMC UK without providing your nursing certificate and license)

I've already paid about 1.5m for the exams. I have a friend who will accommodate me throughout my stay. I have savings of 700k, I have a sponsor who sent 1.5m to my account for flight ticket. Total money in my account currently is 2.2m. My salary is just about 127k monthly

Hello house, I’m planning to apply next week for a UK visiting visa to attend my OSCE exams. I’m based in Port Harcourt, and I was told that applicants here pay an extra £150 as visa processing fee at the VFS centre.
I’m considering travelling to Lagos to process my application instead, but I’m not sure if the same extra charge applies there too.
Please, does anyone know if the Lagos visa centre also collects an additional processing fee? And if yes, how much exactly?
I’ll really appreciate feedback from anyone who has recently applied from Lagos or Port Harcourt.
Thanks in advance. 🙏 |

A bookmaker will not allow you to withdraw your deposit without staking it for at least once, some even require minimum odds for your stake to be considered a valid turnover. Go and engage them on X. Their chat support will be too slow to resolve your issue. They are still saying the same thing on Twitter, and none of them can explain the terms and conditions
