About the Role...
Assist in managing customer emails and inquiries
Printing of and validation of orders across board
Working closely with third party fulfillment houses and be able to respond quickly to customer s’ needs
Partake in creating exciting promotions and content on social media
Updating all necessary information on our systems
Designing attractive and customer-focused banners and sliders for campaigns on our platforms
Other duties that may be assigned occasionally

About You…

Strong customer-service orientation.
Professional email and telephone etiquette
Close attention to detail with good organizational skills
Creative thinking ; Ability to come up with and present ideas
Willingness to learn and grow in the business
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Your Knowledge/Experience and Requirements...

Experience in dealing with customers
Good understanding of e-Commerce business
Good knowledge of graphic design suite
Obsession with social media content development and marketing
Prior IT or E-commerce experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
Qualification: Good SSCE, OND/HND, B.Sc
Residency: For personal convenience, the candidate must be resident around Ikeja and environs.
Age: Not more than 26 yrs old
A male candidate is preferred

I am totally ashamed. I am not a supporter of Jonathan or anybody for that matter but truth be told, he is the most tolerant president Nigeria has had and will ever have. He has been abused, criticized, called names yet, we have not heard of any incarceration let alone murder. He has not killed his political opponents, why would he kill a reverend father?
