so for me I think there are two errors you made. the reason why you chose the school was not convincing enough to me and didn't show intent of a good schooler .
secondly when you where asked what GA means you gave the wrong answer. if I where you I would take this route

me: So GA simply means graduate assistant, as a graduate assistanti will be assisting the department in lecture instructions and teaching some classes to the undergrads. because of this I was awarded a tuition waiver and also offer stipends for my leaving expenses .

you didn't know what GA means so he wasn't sure you knew what you where going to do in the Us. THAT WHAT I THINK THOUGH.

I was denied US student visa yesterday, I will like to know how soon I can reapply because school starts January 10. No available date yet on cgi portal and the notice on surge date application says "not being denied in the last 6 months". What can I do guys and how can I reapply?
