I’m facing a dilemma

I am an ET in Zenith bank, I work in operations and 1 year tenor on current grade but overall 3 years experience in banking.
I got an offer from UBA for Internal audit, I have a Bsc in accounting and I’m currently writing my ICAN. I’m on the last level (professional) with 5 papers to go.

Now the issue is, although the role I got in UBA is good but they are still offering me my current grade (ET). I don’t know if I should move.
It will open me to more opportunities, yes; but it’ll set me back in the industry.
Salary difference is 150k
