It's not as if the women like to stress themselves so much, but some have very unsupportive spouses who don't help at all. You'll be surprised these same women NEED to work( note: not want to work) . Their wages are needed to send the children to decent schools, contribute to the rent etc. Many cannot afford to outsource housework, and especially going to the market and cooking as every dime saved matters.
I'm very sure women who have very rich husbands, or who earn a lot to cater for all their responsibilities and still have more than enough left afterwards will have no problem outsourcing chores, cooking etc.. Such women usually have cooks, nannies, drivers etc anyway.
Until you have a family you're responsible for, you can't say for sure if you will outsource or not. It all depends on your finances and the total family income coming in.

There is no award in afterlife for the woman who suffer most on earth.
Why would a woman like suffering for the fun of it. Due to sparse finance in the home front and in a bid to economise the little money available from their combined income, she can't outsource and has to do everything herself to worsen it all add a husband who sees no reason to help the wife with domestic chores. whatever inconveniences women go through is all for things to run smoothly in their home, not for emotional blackmail.
